The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite being down a hill, it's easy to find and surrounded by local food options. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the staff is friendly and accommodating.
There were a few issues reported with the facilities like hot water, air conditioning, and TV signal.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was far away from all the commotion and partying. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also loved having a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even a garden area. Plus, the free wifi was a bonus!
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! Loved the fact that the room had a bathtub and hot water was plentiful. Also enjoyed the location which was just a short walk away from the vibrant nightlife and the beach. the staff were friendly and always willing to help.
The toilet was a problem as it had trouble flushing and sometimes didn't work at all. It was a little disappointing but we managed to work around it.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the free shuttle service that took us to the main attractions and the beach. The pool was also a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. we appreciated the budget-friendly prices for the basic amenities offered.
The location of the hotel was not very convenient, as it took us more than 30 minutes to walk to the main areas. The room could have been better maintained, and we didn't always receive fresh towels or have the sheets changed.

The hotel's location near Patong Beach and the main street is very convenient. I loved the gorgeous pool, clean and had a pool bar. The staff at the pool bar/restaurant were friendly and made good drinks. My room was spacious and cleaned daily, with fresh sheets and towels. The reception staff were also very nice.
